Rates : $55.00 per night, pull thru sites $65.00 per night, $325.00 per week or $800.00 per month.

RV Sites No Electric (10) (Primitive Dry Camping) These are available for vehicles ranging in lengths up to 40 feet long. $25.00 per day
NO TENT SITES FOR 2024
Horse Hauling Over Night Sites (6) (call ahead with your needs for rate) At Cook's Lake Campgrounds you can camp overnight with your horses. Paddocks, water and electrical hookups are also available.
Scout and Youth Group Camps ($100.00 per night and $2.00 per person) These are areas set aside where the entire group may setup camp. Includes one water and electrical hookup and use of bath house.
REFUND POLICY: There a full refund if you cancel 30 days before your booked arrival date. There is no refund but you will have 6 months to use your dates depending on space availability if you cancel 15 days before your booked arrival date. There is no refund if you cancel 14 days or less before your booked arrival date. Any refunds will be issued with 10 days.
**CAMPING AND RV PARKING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE:**
Camping is an outdoor experience so no refund after check-in due to acts of God (mother nature.)
GENERAL CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES
We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
SPEED LIMIT:
15 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
QUIET TIME:
10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No music or noise that heard outside of your camper or tent.
SITE OCCUPANCY:
Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. Only 2 adults allowed per site at the posted rate, other adults are $4.00 per night added. Only 6 children allowed per site at the posted rate, other children will be added at $2.00 per night.
Nightly guest: all guest must sign in at the office and there is a $10 per night fee for approved guest to stay overnight.
CHILDREN:
Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
ALCOHOL RULES:
**ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – Please consume alcohol in moderation.
Drunkenness, impaired or under the influence, loud or disorderly behavior will not be
tolerated. If Police is called out for any reason you and all parties involved will be required to leave the property right away without any refund. Per management you will leave the park without a refund. No one under 21 years of age will be allowed to possess or consume alcohol in the campground. No glass of any kind will be allowed in the pool area. ** Do not leave empty bottles outside overnight. Throw all trash away right away.
SAFETY AFTER DARK:
In order to ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.
TRASH:
Please place all trash in a plastic garbage bag in designated dumpster on the last street southwest of the lake.
If you smoke please use a butt can to throw away you butts. DO NOT THROW ON THE GROUND.
CAMPFIRES:
Campfires are permitted only in a fire ring and only if you have an ABC fire extinguisher. In order to protect our trees and forests from invasive insects and diseases, Cooks Lake's management asks that all campfires be made with wood purchased at our campground General Store only. Please refrain from bringing any other wood into the park.
PORTABLE GRILLS:
Gas grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are allowed only if you have a 5lb ABC fire extinguisher.
No clotheslines please.
No parking on the grass.
No plugging in of electric vehicles.
No space heaters at all.
No outside firewood allowed at RV park.
No window AC units are allowed.
No none RV appliances are allowed. (water heater, stove, air conditioning, refrigerator, heating system etc)
NO OFFENSIVE FLAGS, BANNERS, CAR TAGS, BUMPER STICKERS, PICTURES ETC WILL BE PERMITTED AT COOK'S LAKE AT ANYTIME. (Remember that we are all painted with a different brush so something that may not offend us just may offend our neighbor.)
FIREWORKS, FIREARMS/ DRUGS:
** The use, display and of firearms, air arms,
paint ball guns, fireworks, explosives, weapons and illegal drugs or substances is
strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and removal
of your personal effects and we will notify the authorities. The tossing, throwing, etc.
of rocks, stones or other objects is prohibited. **
PETS:
** Pets are welcome but are required to be leashed at all times. Maximum three
(3) pets per site. All pets must be registered and have copies of current Rabies
Certificate on file at the Office. All pet litter must be picked up immediately. Campers
who do not pick up after their pets will be asked to leave - with NO refunds. No
exceptions.**
**No pets are allowed in the Pool area, Store or Rec Hall area or any
playground area or to roam around freely at ANY time. Pets are not to be left
unattended anytime. Barking or growling dogs will not be tolerated. On complaint of
noise, one warning will be issued. In the event such barking or roaming or any other
infraction continues, the Registered Camper shall either remove the pet from the
campground or shall leave the campground immediately. Animals demonstrating
aggressive behavior to persons or other pets will not be given a warning. Owners
will remove the animal from the campground immediately. If not so removed, the
registered camper shall leave the campground with no refund of payment for site rental.
We want everyone to enjoy his or her camping experience, pet owners and non-pet
owners alike. Visitors / guest may not bring pets to the campground.**
SWIMMING POOL:
No Lifeguard is on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Only bathing suits permitted in pool, no cotton material permitted like cut offs or t-shirts.
VISITORS:
Your visitors must register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of check-In. All your visitors must leave campground by 10 p.m. Any office approved guest that spend the night is $10.00 per night.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:
No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters are to be driven in the park without management approval. ( Golf Carts are permitted)
VEHICLE REPAIRS:
Vehicle repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.
RV WASHING:
You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee of $30.00
VIOLATION OF THESE ABOVE GUIDELINES:
Grounds for ejection from the park without refund.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. PARK STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.
CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE ACTS OF GOD.(Mother Nature)
Fishing Rules:
Fishing hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
No fishing after dark.
Our Lake is for the sport of fishing, while allowing our campers to enjoy the outdoors. Please follow the limit rules because we are mainly catch and release. Not a fishmarket.
We do our best to keep our lake stocked with fish and clean. We ask for our campers help us keep it clean, safe and to help stop people from stealing fish. Our lake will only remain great for fishing if our campers help see to it.
• Please observe the 10ft rule from another fisherman rule.
• No drugs permitted on lake property
• Fires are permitted in fire rings only, do not move fire rings, no burning skids or wood with nails/screws in them
• All music and noise must be kept to a minimum
• No guest are allowed to fish, the lake is for registered people staying at the Campground
• Follow all fish limit rules below
• Arguments, foul language or fighting will not be tolerated on property
• All fisherman must stay within 10ft of there poles
• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• 2 poles per adult , 1 pole per child
• No trucks or cars own the dam
• All pets must be kept on a leash no more than 6ft long
• No swimming, wading or getting in the water for any reason while fishing
• Jugging, throw nets, throw lines or snagging is not permitted for any reason
