St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Rodeo events will include Bull Riding, Bareback Bronc riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Calf Roping, Breakaway Calf Roping, Team Roping, Cow Girl Barrel Racing, and Mexican Coleadero, Pony Express Relay Races . Family Fun, Food, Fireworks and great rodeo action at the lake arena.

LAKE RV PARKING AND CAMPGROUND
*SWIMMING AND WATER RECREATION*
Lake and Pool Hours of Operation: Open daily from May 15th - Labor Day, and weekend only until October 20th.
Daily admission to the lake beach and pool is $6 per person or $20 per family per day (5 person max family).
Weekly pool passes can be purchased at the recreation office for $25/person.
Daily passes can be purchased in the Recreation Office. Admission is free to campground guests.
Boat Rentals :
Boat rentals are purchased from the Cook's Lake Recreation Office.
Boat Rental Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday 1 – 8 p.m.
Cost: $5 per person for 30 minutes for jon boat, canoe or kayak.
$10 per person for 1 hour on paddle boards.
Boat and paddle board passes may be purchased at the Recreation Office.
Guests must present boat pass to Recreation Attendants at the beachfront and the attendant will assist them in getting the equipment onto the water.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday 11– 8 p.m.
Activity passes and signature will be required at lake and pool check-in.
The lake beach and pool can be reserved for private parties on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday from 4:30-8 p.m., so the lake beach and pool may close early some weeks at that time.

Rules and Regulations Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
No food is permitted at the pool.
No glass bottles permitted at the pool.
No running, rough play, etc.
Swim at your own risk.
No lifeguard on duty.
Trained Lake and Pool Monitors on duty at all times.
Private parties available upon request at the recreation office.
Our experienced trail bosses and horses will ensure you have both a fun and safe ride. Your safety and enjoyment is their priority. Our goal is to make sure you safely enjoy the best Tennessee horseback riding experience in the mid south, beside the imposing shadow of Meemen Shelby Forest.State Park.
Your Cook's Lake Horseback Ride
A typical trail ride begins and ends at the paddocks; after some introductions and instructions from your trail boss, they’ll pair you with a horse that matches your experience, then you’ll saddle up and begin your adventure.

This beautifully scenic one hour ride is a great introduction to horseback riding! Our stables provide guided walking trail rides through the majestic wooded areas around the lake

Our most popular ride offers quality time in the saddle. Our guides will lead you through the beautiful wooded Forest, pausing to enjoy panoramic views.
This ride is perfect for the cowboys and cowgirls who want to spend some extra time on some of the more spectacular trails. You’ll have some of the most beautiful memories to share with friends and family.

Fishing is now open to the public in designated area's of Cook's Lake and all of Brown's Lake next door.
Cost to fish: $12.00 per person and you keep what you catch.
